- The guides provided through the MCEGuide service are protected by copyright of the respective TV signal providers.
- Distribution, sale or bundling of the MCEGuide software or service is prohibited.
- MCE South Africa does not sell the guides but simply charges an annual subscription fee for services provided.
- Availability of channel listings or entire guides are dependant on the provisioning of said information from the respective TV signal provider and as such the availability of any guides or the entire guide service, cannot be guaranteed.
- Use of the guide service are subject to these terms of service and MCE South Africa will not accept any responsibility for damages incurred by installing or using the relevant MCEGuide software or guide service.
- Account activation fees are not refundable even if some guides or the entire guide service are no longer available.
- Subscription rates are subject to change without prior notice
- All subscription fees are payable pro-rata and accounts will only be activated once payment has been received
- MCE South Africa reserves the right to either temporarily or permanently suspend any accounts which are either abused by the account holder or any accounts which are in arrears, without prior notice that such suspension will occur
- By installing and/or using the MCEGuide service, you accept and bound yourself to these terms.
